„Das Hotel ist sicher die beste Lage in la Restinga, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites personal,
Lage top, sicher der beste Spot in La Restinga, die beiden Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und überaus bemüht Probleme zu lösen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, die meisten Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet (IKEA Standard ) man hat was man braucht
Wir hatten ein 2 Raum Appartement mit eigener TerraSse gebucht, dies war aber offensichtlich nicht frei. Uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, was keinen Balkon hatte sondern nur ein kleines Fenster. Als wir das nicht akzeptieren wollten bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer ohne Küche , sehr viel kleiner aber mit Balkon. Der Preis für dieser Zimmer war deutlich unter dem was wir bezahlt hatten( 25.-). Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und bemüht uns eine Unterkunft zu zeigen die uns zufriedenstellen konnte. Das wir für ein kleineres Zimmer die Differenz nicht erstattet bekamen war natürlich nicht okay, aber das lag wohl nicht in der Macht des Personals. Wir sind zum wiederholten mal enttäuscht darüber das angaben bei booking so ganz und gar nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Es wäre schön wenn man genau das Zimmer/appartement bekäme was man laut Beschreibung gebucht hat statt einer „wundertüte“

Das Personal war super freundlich und die Lage fantastisch die Zimmer sehr primitiv eingerichtet aber bequeme Betten und eine tolle Aussicht
Es war auch ein bisschen aus dem Abfluss
